Ishfaq AKA Micheal has been successfully leading trekking & tours in the Pahalgam area of kashmir from 2015. He is an amazing trek leader having extensive knowledge and experience about the flora, fauna, and inhabitants of the area and has taken part in various successful treks organized by Paradise. He is a certified and well trained guide, who took his official training in guiding course organized by Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Department.
Alongwith leading skills, he also has the knowledge, communication skills, storytelling abilities, and organizational skills needed to become a successful trek leader.
Micheal has a passion for the outdoors and a natural ability to connect with people on an emotional level. He knows how to keep hold a group's attention for hours and to keep his guests engaged during their tour.
