Chief Organizer and Trek Leader
A certified Trek Leader (JK Tourism)/Tourist Guide, Tariq is the main contact point of the Paradise team. As the Chief Organizer of the group, he is responsible for planning and customizing tour itineraries, customer interactions, tour planning etc. Tariq is a well-known and respected expert in the field for leading difficult treks. He has excellent organization and communication skills and capability to think on his feet.
Trek Leader
Rouf is a well-educated and very knowledgeable guide, having a good experience in dealing with domestic and international clients. He has done 'Adventure Travel Escorts Training' from "Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports (JIM&WS)", Pahalgam. Roauf has amazing communication skill and a great sense of humour that makes any trip a happy and enjoyable one. Our clients often tag him as the charming and funny tour guide.
Tour Guide
Ishfaq AKA Micheal has been successfully leading trekking & tours in the Pahalgam area of kashmir from 2015. He is an amazing trek leader having extensive knowledge and experience about the flora, fauna, and inhabitants of the area and has taken part in various successful treks organized by Paradise. He is a certified and well trained guide, who took his official training in guiding course organized by Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Department.
Tour-Guide
Aijaz is a key member of the Paradise team. He is a well-educated, English speaking tour guide, certified by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department. He is working as a tour guide since 2000, and lead hundreds of treks in and around Pahalgam. He has extensive knowledge and experience of working with both domestic and international guests of Paradise for more than 20 years. Aijaz is a soft-spoken and hard-working person who is very popular with our clients.

Irshad has been a key member of the Paradise Team for many years now. Irshad has a warm personality and is a highly motivated guide. He plays a major role in the trek team in organizing and managing day-to-day activities. He is very caring and helpful towards our clients especially while crossing difficult terrains and passes. He's helped clients make it through hard circumstances, and has a wealth of experience as a tour guide.
Chef
We are proud of our chef(s) Ghulam (and Khursheed), who have worked as chefs in the hotels in Pahalgam for a long time. They are now part of our team, and are responsible for making sure that your culinary needs are met during your stay with us and during the treks. They've worked on high altitude treks, and their cooking is one of the highlights on those treks. They've received excellent reviews by clients for their amazing cooking skills on high altitude treks.

Khursheed, our other main chef, also has worked as a professional chef in the hotels in Pahalgam for over 10 years. He specializes in cooking delicious meals to please even our most demanding clientele. He has received excellent reviews from our clients for his amazing cooking skills on high altitude treks. Abdul Rehman Lone is a highly experienced and professional trek leader, who has received high accolades from his national and international clients. Rehman has led Hundreds of treks in Himalayas in 1980's as a trek leader. Rehman has been leading trekking tours for the last 40years, during which he has successfully guided thousands of tourists from all over the world. He has also been involved in various expeditions and research projects, gaining valuable experience.

Paradise Tours and Adventure was started by Mohd. Yousuf Lone, who has been in the business of tourism for over 20 years. His dream of starting a tour operating company which would provide a safe, responsible, customer-oriented experience came true when Paradise was formed. Mr. Lone is amazing at what he does: he is forward-thinking and always looking for new ways to improve his company's service, while remaining true to its core values.
